The counselor, Valerie Bennett, was wonderful and made me feel completely comfortable from the very beginning. She never made it seem like it was a problem and was only concerned with discussing the options and helping me decide which one would work best. There was no sympathy regarding my age, which seems like a small thing but is very common for me to hear and it was nice to not hear it for once.
